Impresion Actual is a company founded in 1990 and has been creating finishes, advertising, and printing for the entire Costa Rican nation for nearly 36 years. They are one of the largest printing service providers in Central America, with more than 2,100 established clients, including FEMSA, BAC, and other major clients for Central America

The printing business is an art and many people would believe that it all consists of just printing and that's it, but that is not the case, the printing business handles industrial cutters, laser cutting tables, 3D Printers, Industrial printers that rely heavily on network, teams of talented engineers and artists who need the best for their machines to communicate with each other, it is not just printing, it is automation and total control of the field, for this high speeds are required, servers prepared to process the large amount of data and communication between engineers and the machinery supplied.

Obviously, one would expect a company of this caliber to have its infrastructure up to date.

I didn't have it at all

An incredible fact about Impresion Actual is that they haven't upgraded their systems since 2005, and their communications didn't exceed the megabit. How does a company manage to endure this for so long? We have no idea, but at Fibonacci, we won't allow their staff to continue struggling with those blatant network speeds.

When Impresion Actual contacted us, we were excited by the opportunity to be the company chosen to help them take the giant leap into the modern era of communications.

Few engineering companies have the capacity to migrate such old systems without causing failures in the process, however Fibonacci is capable of doing it, that is why we want to show you what we have in mind.

Uptime is a must.

We will begin by clarifying that this is impossible to do during the day. We deign to maintain the service time by doing this late at night, so that the "Impresion Actual" production chain is not affected.

We will start by backing up all of our client's systems and from there we will begin migrating the cabling to Gigabit Ethernet. This is the most reasonable option for a client who has been stuck on Megabit for almost two decades.

The entire process takes into account production times, so we will hot clone your servers to be able to move them to VMs using several of our special tools, from there, we upload them to Hermetico so that you now have the best computing in the Cloud.
